New High Efficiency Hydrocarbon Scrubber
The Eliminator Series Vapor Scrubber has removal efficiencies as high as 99.9% without the use of carbon!
In late October 2009, Vapor Tech will introduce it's long awaited ELIMINATOR series vapor scrubber unit. This is a completely new technology which has been 2 years in the making. We will be offering these units for vacuum trucks (directly mounted) and as skid mounted systems for higher flow rates. Testing has shown that this unit can achieve 99.9% removal of vapors such as gasoline. This is possible through the unique internal design of the scrubber, which needs no re-circulation pump, and the BIO SCRUB X chemical solution. Since this unit requires no pump, it is great for areas which have no utilities. If your application does not have adequate flow, we will be offering variable flow blowers. Vapor Scrubber Rental Units
Vapor Tech rents a complete line of vapor scrubber systems. These units range from large trailer mounted systems (up to 5000 CFM) to smaller skid mounted units (up to 1000 CFM). Most of these systems consist of packed towers followed by specialized carbon vessels for polishing. Our systems satisfy the EPA requirement for proper emission control units which yield an efficiency of over 98% (40 CFR 61 Subpart FF). Our units have more packed-height than any other rental system on the market (responsible for high efficiencies). In addition, all of our systems have un-matched safety mechanisms such as carbon heat monitoring, thermal dissipation system, vacuum monitoring, and a vacuum-break system. These units can be used to remove a host of vapors. A few include: hydrocarbons, acids, amines, ammonia, chlorine, EDC, hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans, and many more. Units rent by the day, week, month, or long-term.
