Hydrocarbon Degassing Chemicals
Vapor Tech has been a manufacturer of specialty degassing agents for hydrocarbons for 20+ years. This product line is known as the 'CARBONIL' line of degassing products. All of the CARBONIL products are water-based and are designed to lower LEL and emissions of hydrocarbons (and in some cases, H2S) in above ground storage tanks, underground storage tanks, pipelines and soils and pits. This specialty line of products is very unique. It chemically binds with hydrocarbons immediately to mitigate emissions and flammability of the source manterial. You can actually see the product binding with the source while it is encapsulating. Usually within a few minutes of application, LEL levels are near zero and flammability is thwarted. Below are a few different grades of CARBONIL. Chose the form which best matches your application needs.
