CARBONIL ST was used in an emergency situation at a petrochemical plant to encapsulate a spill of epichlorohydrin (ECH). There was a spill of approximately 100 gallons of this product on the ground. An emergency response group foamed CARBONIL ST on the spill to neutralize flammability and to control emissions into the air. After letting Carbonil ST encapsulate the ECH for an hour, it was safely removed.
