Odor Control Chemicals

A unique line of chemicals that counteract and/or neutralize a variety of unpleasant odors. Some of these products contain deodorants and encapsulation ingredients that work together to provide maximum odor control.

GRAPE PLUS

One of our strongest deodorant/encapsulation chemical agent. Powerful grape fragrance masks many unpleasant odors. Extremely versatile Highly dilutable with water Non-flammable/Non-hazardous Great for tank cleaning, soil remediation, spill control, and many other applications.

D-ODORIT 100 OB

Oil-based masking agent with many available fragrance options. This product is intended for applications where foam is unacceptable or where an oil must be used instead of a water-based product.

CARBONIL XT

Designed for hydrocarbon emissions and vapor control. Water-based, super concentrated encapsulation and deodorization chemical. Excellent for heavy hydrocarbon and solvent odors. It also neutralizes LEL (Lower Explosion Limit) in enclosed spaces. Non-hazardous, non-flammable formula. Excellent cleaning agent for moderate residues such as oils and grease.

D-ODORIT 300

D-ODORIT 300 is an industrial masking agent (water-based) which also has mild detergents for cleaning and encapsulation properties. Many different fragrances to choose from including rain fresh, grape, cherry, vanilla, pine, and many more. This product has many industrial uses including general odor control, waste-water odor control, spill control, lift station odor control, soil remediation and odor control of contaminated soils and many others. Highly dilutable formula. Non-flammable and non-hazardous. Masks many types of unpleasant odors. Removes light oils and residues.

ENVIRO-SCRUB VT

ENVIRO-SCRUB VT is a powerful H2S Scavenger. It quickly and safely neutralizes H2S and can be removed from hydrocarbon liquids, scrubber solutions, natural gas, wastewater streams, and many more. Unlike caustic based products, ENVIRO-SCRUB VT will not allow a reverse reaction (which would liberate H2S in an acidic environment) once the reaction has taken place. Furthermore, this product is minimally effected by CO2. Lastly, reaction products are water soluble and are very biodegradable. Note: Reaction with mercaptans is typically slower and requires longer retention time.

ENVIRO-SCRUB VT (6% Solution)

Enviro-Scrub VT (6% Solution) is a pre-diluted mixture that is designed to quickly neutralize H2S. This 'ready-to-use' solution takes the guesswork out of dilution for a particular job. Since it is already the recommended 6% dilution, not mixing is necessary. Simply add to the reservoir of your scrubber (or tank containing H2S. Each gallon of the 6% diluted solution is able to effectively neutralize .18# of pure H2S. Therefore, a 275 gallon tote of this media is able to neutralize 49.5# of H2S.

CARBONIL XT

Highly concentrated hydrocarbon degassing/deodorization chemical agent. Reduces hydrocarbon VOC emissions and odors immediately! Greatly lowers or eliminates flammability (LEL) of many flammable hydrocarbons and solvents. Highly dilutable formula! Contains very pleasant fragrance. Non-hazardous formula. Approved for use in many major petrochemical plants.

CARBONIL ES

CARBONIL ES was designed for applications which have both hydrocarbon levels and H2S. Instead of using two different chemical agents, simply dilute CARBONIL ES with water and apply to tank contents. LEL will drop immediately as well as H2S levels. CARBONIL ES is also recommended for wet scrubber systems.
