Custom Fabrication Services

Vapor Tech offers custom fabrication services. We offer simple fabrication from your drawings all the way to turn-key applications. Contact us today about your project!

Vapor Tech sells industrial grade poly totes which may be used to store many types of chemical products. We carry 275 gallon and 330 gallon sizes. New and refurbished totes are available. All totes have 5" removable top cap and 2" bottom drain valve.

Pails

Five gallon pails with Rieke lids are available. These are excellent for use around the job site to store small quantities of chemicals; hazardous and non-hazardous.

Flame Arrestors

Vapor Tech rents (and sells) 2",4", 6" and 10" flame arrestors which are used in between source tanks and vapor abatement equipment such as scrubbers and thermal oxidizers. In addition, we sell units which may be custom engineered to your specifications. Contact a Vapor Tech rep for details.

Poly Drum Pump

These siphon pumps have many uses. They fit the bungs of standard 30 and 55 gallon drums. Easy to use and chemically resistant. 2" male threads allow pump to be securely tightened to avoid spills.

Poly Storage Drums

Vapor Tech sells poly storage drums for a wide range of applications. Available in 15, 30 and 55 gallon sizes. 30 and 55 gallon drum sizes have 2 - 2" bungs.

Industrial Vapor Hose

Vapor Tech now sells T7 grade hose which is available from 2" to 12" diameter. Smooth interior helps maintain quality airflow. Medium weight thermoplastic rubber hose with steel wire helix and yellow wear strip. Rubber-based, not PVC. NFPA code. Designed for applications with a wide range of temperatures. Excellent moisture, chemical, and UV resistance. Wall thickness is .030".
